The Rocket and the Diamond, 2020

The work won the first prize in a competition held in the spring of 2020 for works of art in the entrance hall of the Regional Development Institute. It consists of two parts called The Rocket and The Diamond respectively, which are installed opposite each other in the space.

The rocket is an idea that is born and launched into the air, an image of power, structure and progress.

The diamond is the destination of the rocket, the reward of the journey when an idea becomes a reality. The hexagons are an image of originality and innovation, a symbol of thinking outside the box and daring to elevate the unusual.
